Carroll Cole the Alcoholic Strangler

The story today is about a serial killer that murdered at least 15 women and a boy. He strangled them all to death. He knew something was wrong mentally, and sought treatment several times. Fantasies of strangling women and sexually assaulting their bodies became nearly constant. These sick thoughts became actions. This is the story of Carroll Cole, the Alcoholic Strangler.
